Key Responsibilities
- Drive the financial performance by forecasting revenues and expenses, managing weekly cash flow assessments, and analyzing consolidated financial outcomes across diverse scenarios.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, delivering key insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the strategic growth of the organization by assisting in the preparation of proforma models for acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, and various ad-hoc analyses to drive informed decision-making.
- Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing accruals and reclassifications, and investigating variances from budget.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an FP&A partner, focusing on financial analysis within a high-growth environment.
- Highly proficient in Excel, encompassing data manipulation and intricate financial modeling.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Exceptional presentation skills and a commitment to continual learning and professional growth.
- Outstanding communication skills, a positive outlook, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Capability to effectively work within remote teams and thrive under tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in skilled nursing or rehabilitation, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as Sage Intaact and Paylocity is a plus.

- Competitive salary range: \(90,000 - \)110,000 per year.
