Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce a fully remote opportunity for an Outside Account Executive, specific to the Concord, NH territory. Candidates must reside within this geographical location. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new clients through cold calling and social media engagement to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Build and manage a vigorous sales pipeline in your designated territory, arranging face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to present our offerings.
  • Maintain an upbeat demeanor that cultivates positive first impressions and sustains client engagement; establish strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals, encompassing metrics such as cold calls, appointments, presentations, and successfully closed deals.
  • Partner with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure alignment with both personal and corporate objectives.
  • Document all sales activities and follow-ups meticulously in our CRM system (Salesforce).

Required Skills

  • A methodical approach to generating new business, targeting 25-30 door knocks each day, complemented by effective territory management and pipeline oversight.
  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable success in outside sales, ideally in environments requiring financial and marketing services.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative setting.
  • A proactive mindset with a proven track record of acquiring new business; self-driven and tenacious in achieving sales objectives in a remote work environment.
  • Strong financial literacy, enabling confident discussions regarding fees, acceptance, and related financial topics.
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the capability to lead impactful presentations that underscore our distinctive market advantages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, alongside 3-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle are essential.
