Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with their inquiries, providing a cordial and professional experience.
- Safely manage hotel keys and adhere to established key control protocols.
- Follow prescribed guidelines for room access and servicing, always respecting the privacy and safety of guests.
- Ensure the meticulous cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, which includes waste disposal, linen changes, and sanitization of frequently touched surfaces.
- Prepare housekeeping carts with requisite supplies at the commencement of each shift and maintain inventory throughout the day.
- Clean and disinfect public spaces, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, fitness areas, pools, business centers, and outdoor environments.
- Keep all back-of-house and staff areas tidy and organized.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns requiring immediate action.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management, including support for fellow team members as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in following instructions in English.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents, equipment, and tools pertinent to daily housekeeping functions.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums and carpet cleaners.
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, as the hospitality industry necessitates availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
