• Welcome guests, conduct both virtual and in-person apartment tours, and guide clients through the leasing process seamlessly.
• Champion property marketing initiatives through events, social media, and strategic partnerships.
• Advocate for current residents by assisting with lease renewals and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Prepare lease documentation and facilitate resident move-ins with organization and efficiency.
• Negotiate lease renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both residents and the company.
• Ensure all resident requests are managed promptly and effectively.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Familiarity with lease-up processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including comfort with on-camera appearances.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to successfully pass background checks, credit screenings, and drug tests.
