Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operational performance and key metrics of your clinical team, emphasizing cancellation rates, completion rates of Diagnostic & Preventive Services, and In-Home Evaluations.
- Cultivate a positive team culture through regular one-on-one meetings, team-building initiatives, and cultural activities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain optimal staffing levels and support recruitment efforts.
- Work in partnership with the capacity management team to address operational challenges as they arise.
- Engage with clinical coaches to assess and improve the clinical performance of team members.
- Drive the team towards achieving organizational goals through effective coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.
- Clearly communicate operational updates and changes to ensure team alignment and clarity.
- Manage team reports, projects, and any specific tasks as required.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to make swift strategic decisions to address operational challenges.
- Inspire and lead a sizable team while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- In-depth understanding of operational metrics and strategies to enhance performance across extensive teams.
- Proficiency with national healthcare delivery models and clinician network management.
- Substantial management experience in guiding large teams toward success.
- A clinical background is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
