Job Title: Manager, Clinician Operations (Remote/WFH)

Overview

As a Manager of Clinician Operations, you will be instrumental in leading a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional in-home and virtual evaluations. You will provide both clinical and operational guidance to a dedicated group of 150 individuals, including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians (MD or DO). Your leadership is crucial in advancing healthcare delivery and ensuring superior patient evaluations. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operational performance and key metrics of your clinical team, emphasizing cancellation rates, completion rates of Diagnostic & Preventive Services, and In-Home Evaluations.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture through regular one-on-one meetings, team-building initiatives, and cultural activities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to maintain optimal staffing levels and support recruitment efforts.
  • Work in partnership with the capacity management team to address operational challenges as they arise.
  • Engage with clinical coaches to assess and improve the clinical performance of team members.
  • Drive the team towards achieving organizational goals through effective coaching and, when necessary, disciplinary actions.
  • Clearly communicate operational updates and changes to ensure team alignment and clarity.
  • Manage team reports, projects, and any specific tasks as required.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

  • In-depth understanding of operational metrics and strategies to enhance performance across extensive teams.
  • Proficiency with national healthcare delivery models and clinician network management.
  • Substantial management experience in guiding large teams toward success.
  • A clinical background is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from \(64,500 to \)110,400, with the final offer contingent upon factors such as location, relevant skills, knowledge, and experience. Additional roles may qualify for incentive compensation, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
