Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational performance and key metrics for the clinician team, focusing on aspects such as cancellation rates, service completion, and staffing adequacy.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment through regular one-on-one meetings, team-building initiatives, and motivational activities.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure staffing needs align with operational demands.
- Work alongside the capacity management team to identify and resolve any capacity challenges while enhancing team performance.
- Collaborate with clinical coaches to assess and improve the clinical performance of team members.
- Lead your team towards achieving organizational goals by providing guidance, actionable feedback, and necessary disciplinary measures.
- Communicate essential operational updates to your clinician team in a timely and clear manner.
- Manage reports, projects, and tasks as delegated by senior leadership.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
- Demonstrated capability to make strategic, timely decisions in addressing operational challenges.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring large teams and cultivating a culture of excellence.
- In-depth understanding of operational metrics and strategies for performance enhancement across extensive teams.
- Experience in healthcare delivery models and managing clinician networks.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- A clinical background is an advantage.
