Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of 150-200 client partners, guiding them in the successful adoption and utilization of our dashboard features.
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Success team to effectively align with client objectives and deadlines.
- Develop persuasive, data-driven narratives to enhance client engagement and drive dashboard usage.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, reinforcing partnerships and adapting to their evolving requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to continually refine our service offerings and product innovations.
- Serve as a voice for clients’ needs, collaborating with the Product team to implement impactful solutions.
- Formulate and enhance strategies aimed at client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide immediate support to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Share weekly insights regarding client satisfaction, repeat business, and progress towards team objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch project execution and high retention rates.
- Actively promote our vision and offerings within the vacation rental community.
- Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish or Portuguese) is a valuable asset.
- A strong data-driven mindset with a focus on catalyzing client business growth.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for being part of a growing startup culture.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools (e.g., ChurnZero, HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, ClickUp).
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vacation rental or hotel/resort revenue management.
