Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for the role of Territory Sales Representative for Mass Markets within our innovative team. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in cultivating and sustaining vital relationships with property management and sales operations in assigned communities. Your primary objective will be to enhance our strategic goals by boosting fiber service penetration in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and Single-Family Homes (SFHs). You will play a crucial role in managing marketing agreements alongside community sales staff and leasing agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster effective partnerships with property staff and residents in designated areas.
  • Implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to elevate fiber penetration in properties and Homeowner Association (HOA) communities.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the business environment, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage in property implementation and onboarding processes to ensure successful alignment with First Occupancy Dates (FOD) and operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between assigned properties, addressing challenges and facilitating outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to property performance forecasting and establish sales goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participate in operational reviews to analyze property performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in external sales settings.
  • Proven success in driving performance and achieving sales targets in both established and new markets.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of conducting product demonstrations and engaging residents effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to monitor and report on sales outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a willingness to travel to foster relationships and participate in onsite sales events.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience with telecom products, contract management, and property operations is highly desirable.
  • A strong record of achievement in sales, demonstrating advocacy for both internal and external customers.
