Key Responsibilities
- Foster effective partnerships with property staff and residents in designated areas.
- Implement targeted sales and marketing initiatives to elevate fiber penetration in properties and Homeowner Association (HOA) communities.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the business environment, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Engage in property implementation and onboarding processes to ensure successful alignment with First Occupancy Dates (FOD) and operational readiness.
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned properties, addressing challenges and facilitating outstanding customer service.
- Contribute to property performance forecasting and establish sales goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in operational reviews to analyze property performance and identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in external sales settings.
- Proven success in driving performance and achieving sales targets in both established and new markets.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of conducting product demonstrations and engaging residents effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to monitor and report on sales outcomes.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a willingness to travel to foster relationships and participate in onsite sales events.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Experience with telecom products, contract management, and property operations is highly desirable.
- A strong record of achievement in sales, demonstrating advocacy for both internal and external customers.
