Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough medical evaluations and create personalized treatment strategies.
- Prescribe and oversee medications addressing substance use disorders and concurrent mental health issues.
- Provide around-the-clock medical support for urgent patient requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including therapists and counselors.
- Facilitate staff education on medical best practices and medication management protocols.
- Engage in quality improvement efforts and contribute to program development initiatives.
- Strong clinical judgment and adept decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal proficiency.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in treating adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
