Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership by conducting thorough medical evaluations and managing medication regimens.
- Ensure the delivery of exemplary care to our young patients through the provision of on-call medical support.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and case managers, to create and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in adolescent mental health and substance use treatment.
- Contribute to the enhancement of clinical protocols and best practices within the program.
- MD/DO or RN with a Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP-BC, PNP-BC, or ENP-BC) and prescriptive authority.
- Strong clinical background in assessing and treating adolescents with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide comprehensive on-call medical support, ensuring 24⁄7 availability.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in primary care, emergency medicine, or addiction medicine.
- Proven track record of providing expert medical oversight in a clinical setting.
- A dedicated interest in working with adolescents experiencing mental health issues.
