Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture trusting relationships with members through proactive engagement.
  • Provide exemplary service by warmly welcoming members, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Assist members efficiently with inquiries, transaction processing, and resolving issues.
  • Educate members about our financial services, helping them navigate their options effectively.
  • Conduct member transactions, ensuring accuracy in deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments while adhering to security protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to promote our financial products and facilitate referrals to specialized advisors as needed.
  • Manage the account opening process and assist with maintenance tasks to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Guide members through the loan application process, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of lending regulations.
  • Address member challenges and concerns with professionalism, striving for effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in banking, customer service, or sales, coupled with a solid understanding of lending processes.
  • Familiarity with financial products, services, and lending regulations is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding member service while maintaining confidentiality.
