Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Mentor Experience: Collaborate with internal teams, external entities, and academic institutions to devise an engaging mentor experience dedicated to professional growth, retention, and satisfaction. Your innovative ideas will be invaluable!
- Expand Professional Development: Craft and implement pioneering learning programs for young adults that cater to the needs of our initiatives, simultaneously supporting mentors’ educational and career aspirations.
- Assess Regional Needs: Engage with regional program managers and mentors across the country to identify local requirements and resources. Utilize these insights to enhance local programming, including recruitment strategies, engagement efforts, and securing partnerships and grants.
- Drive Alumni Engagement: Conceptualize and execute a strategy focused on alumni engagement, fostering connections, collaboration, and career advancement.
- Share Our Story: Leverage your creativity to assist in the development and promotion of our initiatives through social media and events, showcasing the accomplishments of our mentors and alumni across various platforms.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in youth development, program design, education, alumni engagement, or professional growth.
- Program Design Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create impactful learning experiences for young adults—both virtually and in person—that achieve measurable outcomes aligned with program goals.
- Mentorship and Leadership Experience: Proven record as a mentor or supervisor to teens or university students, with a thorough understanding of recruitment, training, and team development.
- Partnership and Relationship Building: Established success in fostering sustainable partnerships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities that encourage engagement and connection.
- Cultural Competence: Expertise in effectively communicating and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
