Remote National Outreach Coordinator | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated National Outreach Coordinator to serve as our brand ambassador within your designated territory. This pivotal role involves strategic outreach, relationship cultivation, and business development aimed at sustaining robust census figures and fostering enduring partnerships within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

• Propel census growth through strategic cultivation of relationships with healthcare providers, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), counselors, and community partners.
• Establish and maintain collaborations with hospitals, treatment centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, and community gatherings.
• Coordinate and conduct facility tours and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentations within your assigned area.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for public speaking at healthcare events.
• Implement marketing initiatives in alignment with company-wide strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of activities and relationships within Salesforce.
• Organize and oversee events, including alumni gatherings and family weekends.
• Foster relationships with current patients and families within your territory.
• Collaborate with the alumni coordinator to enhance engagement and online reviews.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, outreach, or a related field.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment services is preferred.
