Nursing Administrative Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are searching for an enthusiastic and skilled Nursing Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, prepare, and implement practicum placements for online post-licensure nursing students.
  • Engage with academic leadership and external partners to identify and secure new practicum sites.
  • Oversee student data management, including records, preceptor information, evaluations, and summaries for continuous assessment.
  • Manage clinical compliance data for students, guiding them through necessary admissions processes.
  • Evaluate, maintain, and update practicum health requirements, criteria, and hour logs to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven proficiency in practicum coordination and management techniques.
  • Comprehensive understanding of national and state board nursing licensing requirements for online practicums.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local health clearance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with a solid foundation in higher education principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Strong management capabilities, including the ability to make independent decisions and oversee multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence in interactions with students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Self-driven and eager to embrace new projects and challenges.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, complemented by related experience.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
