Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in diagnosing and resolving complex system and network issues.
- Oversee and ensure the stability and optimal performance of our essential systems and networks, proactively addressing potential challenges.
- Manage and administer critical security infrastructure elements, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication.
- Innovate and implement automated solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and streamline operations.
- Stay at the forefront of technology by continuously researching and assessing new advancements to bolster the security and performance of our IT infrastructure.
- Extensive expertise in systems administration and network management.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and identity and access management solutions.
- A solid understanding of security best practices, including least privilege access and vulnerability management.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security , MCSA: Windows 10, MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure.
- Active Secret Clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, focused on systems administration and network management.
