Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced life support to patients of varying ages.
- Ensure the safe transport of patients to medical facilities.
- Support additional services and events as required by the department.
- Proficient in advanced life support care.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in emergency response situations.
- Excellent patient transport skills.
- Completion of an accredited paramedic training program (Associate of Science degree preferred).
- Previous experience in ambulance services or advanced life support is advantageous.
- Current Minnesota or Wisconsin Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- American Heart Association ACLS and BLS Certification or equivalent upon hire or within 14 days.
- Valid State Class D driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Certification in PALS and completion of ICS-100, ICS-200, and ICS-700 (or ability to obtain within 60 days).

Compensation And Benefits
- $4,500 Sign-on Bonus (conditions apply).
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from \(30.00 to \)41.50, based on experience.
