Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate supportive relationships with Host Families and Au Pairs in your community.
- Provide guidance and resources during the matching process to ensure successful placements.
- Clarify program regulations, policies, and rules to both families and Au Pairs.
- Conduct in-home interviews and site visits for compliance and understanding of program guidelines.
- Coordinate in-home orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival.
- Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through phone and in-person meetings.
- Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs to foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with headquarters staff to offer comprehensive support.
- Build personal rapport with families and Au Pairs to enhance communication quality.
- Implement marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate strategies.
- Handle crisis management and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Access to a computer/laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation access.
- Genuine interest in international exchange and education.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in counseling or conflict resolution is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing and community involvement is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on the number of active families supported.
- Estimated earnings of approximately \(4,500 per year for 5 active families, with potential to increase to \)9,300 per year as you grow your cluster to 11 families.
- Flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely as an independent contractor.
