Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing incoming inquiries for both service and sales.
- Uphold a high standard of telephone etiquette throughout all communications.
- Conduct outbound calls as necessary for collections, date consolidations, and required follow-ups.
- Accurately update and maintain reservation records in alignment with company standards.
- Administer various duties, including data entry and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.
- Engage in team discussions to gain a deeper understanding of departmental procedures and policies.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.
- At least two years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to interact with mature clientele in a respectful, calm, and empathetic manner.
- Strong organizational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Capacity to multitask and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Preferred: International travel experience (outside of North America).
- Previous exposure to a call or contact center is advantageous.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related discipline is a plus.
