- Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with federal government clients in a collaborative environment.
- Ensure project plans are current, track client requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Oversee the Digital Repository in SharePoint, making it accessible and organized for senior stakeholders in industry, academia, and government; this includes posting updates and event announcements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, attendee management, and speaker coordination.
- Develop clear and engaging communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Assist senior-level clients by preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and PowerPoint materials.
- Document detailed meeting notes and draft after-action reports summarizing outcomes and action items.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in project/program support.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a background in task tracking and project planning.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar digital content management systems.
- Proven ability to create effective communications for different audiences.
- Experience supporting senior-level clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality work.
- Interest in semiconductor R&D and the capability to quickly understand technical subject matter.
- US citizenship or permanent residency with eligibility for public trust clearance.
