Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and evaluations of property damage for both residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and various stakeholders to efficiently gather information and resolve claims.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Collect necessary evidence, document findings, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assess coverage and policy terms to validate claims and negotiate settlements effectively.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist within the insurance sector, specifically managing property claims.
• In-depth knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage parameters, and claims processes.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial building construction principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in handling sensitive discussions.
• Proven skills in damage assessment, repair cost estimation, and effective negotiation.
• Organizational and analytical competencies to manage claims efficiently.
• Proficiency in claims management software and relevant tools.
• Physical capability to perform inspections, including accessing roofs and tight spaces.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Background in handling complex or high-value claims is a plus.
• Experience in construction or water mitigation inspection is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Xactimate or XactContents software is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer a competitive starting salary range of \(59,059.65 - \)90,000.00 annually, depending on experience, alongside a potential annual incentive pay of up to 15% of your base salary. Our benefits package includes:
