Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates utilizing various platforms and tools.
- Source qualified talent through job boards, referrals, networking, and other means.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Managers to prepare candidates for video interviews with clients.
- Align candidates' qualifications and strengths with client needs using efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methodologies.
- Negotiate compensation packages and secure commitments from candidates for current and prospective roles.
- Work closely with Account Managers to gain a thorough understanding of job specifications and client expectations.
- Promote open communication, valuing diverse viewpoints to foster a collaborative and productive workplace.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to improve customer service, gather insights, and obtain referrals.
- Attend industry events, conduct candidate interviews, and participate in team-building initiatives.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required to support the team and our clients.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to address challenges effectively.
- Proficient in sales and marketing techniques.
- Exceptional administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining confidentiality while being receptive to new ideas.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, food service, or beverage industries is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in professional, academic, or extracurricular settings.
