Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates using various tools and platforms.
- Utilize job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels to source top talent.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to prepare candidates for video interviews with clients.
- Align candidates’ skills and strengths with client needs through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Negotiate compensation packages and secure commitments from candidates for both current and prospective job opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers to fully comprehend job order requirements and client expectations.
- Promote open communication and embrace a variety of perspectives to foster a collaborative and productive workspace.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships within the industry to enhance service delivery, gain insights, and obtain referrals.
- Participate in industry events, conduct candidate interviews, and engage in team-building activities.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support the team and our clientele.
- Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities to promptly identify and address issues.
- Proficient in sales and marketing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
