We are in search of a committed and skilled Sales Coordinator to enhance our team. This part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule along with a competitive monthly salary ranging from \(1,000 to \)1,500. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a supportive environment, assisting on-site hotel teams and clients while enjoying the convenience of working from their home office.

Job Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be entrusted with a variety of reactive sales functions, which include responding to group inquiries, managing group bookings, and entering information into the hotel's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Participation in revenue management meetings and providing additional assistance to the Regional Director of Sales will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the main contact for corporate clients, effectively representing the hotel brand.
    • Foster and maintain robust client relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations.
    • Proactively address client needs to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Program Development and Execution:
    • Collaborate with hotel brand stakeholders to design tailored sales programs that meet client objectives and market demands.
    • Oversee the rollout of sales initiatives, coordinating resources to ensure timely execution.
    • Analyze program outcomes and feedback with leadership to identify improvement areas and refine strategies.
  • Sales Strategy and Support:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client goals to customize programs accordingly.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue goals.
    • Provide necessary sales support, including client onboarding and guidance on program specifics.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Generate regular reports reflecting program performance, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
    • Ensure reporting accuracy and transparency to uphold client trust and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work in tandem with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure cohesive program execution.
    • Collaborate with product development and analytics teams to enhance client experience and program efficiency.
    • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to align on client expectations and project outcomes.
Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Capable of working remotely for extended periods in a home office setting.
  • Strong presentation abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with IHG and Choice hotel brands.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, client management, or program management.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships, preferably in a corporate or B2B hospitality context.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
