Key Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion of our inventory of short-term rental properties by marketing our property management solutions to homeowners in your designated territory on Kauai.
- Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities through calls, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction by working closely with local operations and support staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our services and policies.
- Accurately document sales activities in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings to stay aligned with team goals.
