- Develop and propose comprehensive media strategies tailored to client goals, collaborating with relevant media personnel.
- Engage in innovative brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and technology-driven solutions.
- Conduct research to identify and evaluate media partners and outlets across both traditional and digital platforms.
- Negotiate advantageous rates and secure media placements in accordance with approved plans.
- Establish best practices and processes to enhance operational efficiency and keep pace with industry trends.
- Utilize advanced digital tools for managing media plans, assets, and reporting functions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development by attending industry events and training.
- Collaborate with media analysts to produce insightful reports and performance analyses.
- Maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and support to ensure alignment with their strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring accurate billing reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital and cloud-based media management platforms.
- Familiarity with Strata and knowledge of data warehousing, dashboarding, and reporting tools is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates based in South Florida; remote candidates must be willing to travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of experience in media planning or a similar advertising background.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced context.
