Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
- Strategically protect existing revenue streams while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities within current accounts.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize complex deals, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive account plans, detailing key objectives, strategies, and tactical initiatives for each account.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering expert insights on market research best practices and our innovative solutions.
- Actively identify and address client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Customer Success Team to guarantee effective project execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior Account Managers, sharing best practices and aiding in their professional development.
- Remain informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, and client requirements.
- Participate in occasional travel for client visits and office meetings in New Orleans.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the market research or research technology sectors.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing revenue targets and fostering strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in managing complex accounts and negotiating contracts effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving proficiency.
- Ability to operate independently while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required.

- The anticipated salary range for this position is \(120,000 to \)150,000 annually, with an on-target commission ranging from \(60,000 to \)75,000.
