- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely achievement of deliverables.
- Track and manage project progress through regular meetings, addressing any conflicts that arise.
- Communicate updates regarding project milestones and potential risks to all stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to clarify goals and ensure compliance with specifications in public settings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer License preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience managing public works projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving proficiency and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Proven track record in relationship-building with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong decision-making aptitude with an ability to prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
