Senior Corporate Travel Advisor - Remote Opportunity

Join our dedicated and dynamic team as a Senior Corporate Travel Advisor, where you will be an integral part of our Operations Team, responsible for creating precise, comprehensive, and cost-effective travel solutions for our clientele.

In this role, you will leverage corporate contracts and preferred suppliers, ensuring adherence to company policies while executing tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and rail services.
  • Manage single or multiple accounts across various locations, adhering to established procedures.
  • Serve as the primary contact for travelers or travel coordinators, delivering outstanding customer service and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies among travelers.
  • Uphold exceptional communication standards through phone and email interactions, following established escalation procedures for client-related queries.
  • Maintain compliance with company protocols regarding productivity, accuracy, and attendance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about industry changes and office procedures, with an understanding that occasional in-office attendance may be required.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues to enhance a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills

  • High proficiency in the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airline ticketing rules, including exchanges and reissues.
  • Strong ability to comprehend and apply client travel policies and guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional listening and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Flexibility regarding workdays and hours.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
