Your Role
This position operates on a commission-only basis and encompasses responsibilities as a Setter/Closer, focusing on arranging valuable sales calls and closing lucrative deals on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments.
- Oversee CRM management and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Process payments for closed deals and distribute service agreements.
- Diligently follow up on pending deals to secure closures.
- Monitor and report your performance metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and company training sessions.
- Dedicate time to personal development and skill enhancement.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in remote or high-ticket environments.
- Strong command of English with exceptional communication skills.
- A self-motivated individual with a competitive spirit and dedication to achieving success.
- Professional, timely, and courteous demeanor.
- Open to coaching and committed to continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in sales, with a preference for remote or high-ticket sales experience.
- Must reside in North America.
- Full-time availability with a passion for growth and learning.
- 100% commission-based structure - no base salary, but unlimited earning potential.
- Commission rates range from 5% to 15% on cash collected from closed deals.
- Deal sizes vary from \(5,000 to \)100,000, providing uncapped commission opportunities.
