Role Overview
This is a commission-only remote Setter/Closer role. You will focus on scheduling high-quality sales calls and successfully closing high-ticket transactions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and set qualified appointments.
- Manage the CRM system and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Process payments for closed transactions and distribute service agreements.
- Persistently follow up on pending deals to secure closures.
- Monitor and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and company-wide training sessions.
- Dedicate time to personal development to enhance your skills.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in remote or high-ticket environments.
- Must reside in North America.
- Full-time availability with a strong desire for growth and continuous learning.
- Proficient in English with outstanding communication capabilities.

- Professional, prompt, and courteous in all interactions.
- Highly self-motivated and competitive, with a passion for success.
- Entirely commission-based - no base salary, but with unlimited earning potential.
- Earn between 5-15% commission on cash collected from completed sales.
- Transaction values range from \(5,000 to \)100,000, allowing for uncapped commission earnings.
