Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of engagement events throughout the year.
- Assist in formulating and implementing visit agendas and event sequences.
- Manage logistics for events, including transportation coordination, multimedia support, and securing accommodations for attendees.
- Provide continuous communication support to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all participants.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook for effective calendar management.
- Strong command of the MS Office suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and proactively solve problems.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate seamless support during events.
- Bachelor's Degree in a hospitality-related field or equivalent experience of at least two (2) years in event management, scheduling visits, and managing tours.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
