- Evaluate, authorize, and process commercial insurance applications in accordance with our underwriting standards, supporting our profitability and growth initiatives.
- Attain expertise in our commercial insurance products, pricing methodologies, and coverage specifics, equipping you to make informed underwriting decisions.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with agency partners through regular visits and clear communication, driving collaborative goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, playing a key role in their professional development and enhancing the effectiveness of the underwriting team.
- Leverage your technical proficiency and familiarity with systems to manage your responsibilities efficiently and contribute to company objectives.
- A Bachelor’s degree, formal insurance education, or relevant professional experience.
