Job Overview
As a Hospitality Services Vacation Planner, your primary objective will be to optimize reservations through effective selling strategies. We are seeking a warm, self-driven, and meticulous individual who is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the booking of new reservations and adjustments to existing ones using NAVIS CRM and Escapia.
- Provide prospective clients with property alternatives and pertinent details through various communication channels including phone, email, and web-based chat.
- Assist guests with inquiries related to existing reservations via phone and email.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
- Maintain current profiles for both existing and potential guests.
- Offer concierge services, which include sharing insights about the city, recommending restaurants, and providing directions and entertainment options.
- Perform general office duties such as organizing mailings and preparing guest arrival materials while ensuring a tidy environment.
- Create excellent first impressions for all visitors, owners, and vendors in the front lobby by assisting with check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, upselling packages, and sharing information about local attractions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
- Support all departments and external vendors as necessary.
- Commit to delivering the highest standards of service to every customer.
- Effectively manage daily correspondence and operational tasks to surpass customer expectations and expand our client base.
- Participate in shared departmental projects as assigned.
- Treat every guest, team member, and potential client with the utmost respect and professionalism.
