Job Summary
A Hospitality Services Vacation Planner's primary responsibility is to book the maximum reservations possible by utilizing selling techniques effectively. The ideal candidate is courteous, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Book new reservations and modify existing reservations in NAVIS CRM and Escapia
- Provide customers with property options and information via telephone, email, web-based chat, and outbound follow up
- Assist, respond, and follow up via telephone and email with guests who have existing reservations
- Answer telephone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain current and potential guest profile information
- Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the city including restaurants, directions, and entertainment as needed
- Complete general office duties as assigned to include collating mailings and guest arrival packets, and keeping personal shared spaces organized
- Deliver exceptional customer service and first impression management for all guests, owners and vendors entering the front lobby while checking guests in and out, assist with booking reservations, upsell packages and add-ons, provide information about area attractions, directions, and services, and manage all guest and owner walk-ins
- Cooperate with all other departments in order to answer inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Assist all departments and outside vendors as needed
- Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers
- Manage effectively daily correspondence and operational tasks to exceed customer expectations and expand client base
- Complete departmentally shared tasks as assigned
- Treat all prospective guests, current guests, and IR associates with the utmost courtesy and professionalism at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule
This is a Tuesday-Saturday shift with Sunday & Monday off, potential for hybrid remote work up to 2 days per week.
