Position Summary

As a Customer Service and Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with customers through excellent service and support.
  • Assisting new customers in enrolling for services while concentrating on renewing and retaining existing accounts.
  • Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing team to meet client objectives and contribute to collective success.
