- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving district sales targets and organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales Consultants in forecasting sales, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving performance benchmarks.
- Assess and evaluate sales performance, offering insightful coaching and feedback to foster individual and team success.
- Allocate and manage accounts to ensure optimal sales distribution for maximizing revenue.
