- Gathering and clarifying business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops.
- Partnering with stakeholders and product teams to translate large epic stories into actionable features and user stories.
- Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements throughout the phases of product development, testing, and implementation.
- Assisting Product Owners in prioritizing the backlog, sequencing features, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Cultivating strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members, fostering a climate of trust and respect.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile framework, showcasing a solid understanding of Scrum and the responsibilities of a Product Owner.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira or similar software.
- Scrum certification (CSM or CSPO) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
