### What You'll Do:
- Assist Project Accountants in preparing and submitting accurate invoices for reimbursable costs related to maintenance and construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with field personnel, internal departments, and client representatives to gather necessary cost and revenue data for billing.
- Support in preparing detailed month-end accruals and assist with researching and reporting billing transactions.
- Work closely with Project Accountants and the Project Accounting Manager to develop efficient billing procedures tailored to client requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements in billing workflows and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.
- Assist in special projects such as client audits, system conversions, and other finance-related initiatives.
- Provide backup support to fellow Project Accountants when needed, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with remote field personnel and resolve billing-related queries efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing client needs.
