Key Responsibilities
- Manage and refine paid search and social media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance campaign performance and establish best practices for organic social media.
- Conduct thorough analysis of performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and explore new avenues for performance media strategies, encompassing display media, audience growth, and customer experience improvements.
- Proficient in managing paid digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Reporting; experience with third-party reporting tools like Tableau or Supermetrics is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in managing paid search campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications include Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
