We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in targeted U.S. markets.
  • Formulate a regional annual marketing plan that includes clear quarterly goals, translating strategic objectives into effective campaigns.
  • Design and execute omnichannel marketing initiatives, crafting engaging content while collaborating with specialists to ensure consistency and audience engagement.
  • Prepare detailed project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign evaluations to assess effectiveness and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program tailored to high-potential prospects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilize data insights for audience segmentation to effectively target key personas.
  • Oversee direct mail campaigns for regional events and local festivities, while maintaining an updated event calendar.
  • Participate in, support, and assess the success of trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a role similar to Regional Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation strategies, marketing best practices, and omnichannel execution.
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with a keen analytical perspective for performance measurement and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
  • A proactive and autonomous work ethic, capable of managing multiple projects while prioritizing high-impact objectives.
  • A curious nature, driven by a desire to understand new markets and creatively tackle marketing challenges.
  • Adaptability and a fresh perspective, consistently introducing innovative ideas and refining strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
