Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand and product strategy utilizing top-tier consumer brands to stimulate growth.
- Collect and analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to uncover industry trends and business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams, directing resources towards the development and execution of innovative product initiatives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to devise impactful program solutions that promote customer retention.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including new product development, financial evaluations, forecasting, pricing analysis, product launches, and ongoing product evolution.
- Create a strategic product roadmap guiding the transformation of vehicle wash chemical solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales aids, marketing tools, training materials, and field marketing strategies.
- Assist in integration efforts related to acquisitions, optimizing product lines, and enforcing brand standards.
- Align with Connected Solutions and Systems teams to ensure a coherent long-term strategic vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, new product development processes, and project management is advantageous.
- Ability to formulate and implement high-level program and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with the car wash industry or a technical understanding of chemical solutions and integrated wash systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with product roadmaps and project management software is a plus.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Capable of managing cross-functional teams remotely.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
