Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of accounts.
  • Strategically defend current revenue streams while actively identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement customized account plans that align with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights on market research best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior Account Managers, sharing best practices and encouraging their professional development.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging client needs.
  • Engage in occasional travel for client visits and quarterly team meetings.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services, particularly in the market research or research technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets and establishing strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary Range: \(120,000 - \)150,000 annual base salary.
  • On-Target Annual Commission: \(60,000 - \)75,000.
