Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in facilitating sales operations throughout various locations across the United States, encompassing the Central, East, and West Coasts, including states such as Michigan, Kansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and South Carolina. Your work schedule will align with the business hours of your assigned region to ensure uninterrupted customer support and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the productivity and efficiency of assigned Sales Executives, ultimately boosting close rates and overall performance.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through diligent research, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Utilize technical knowledge (training will be provided) to effectively address customer needs and facilitate their success.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Installation teams to optimize equipment utilization and improve profitability.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through professionalism, collaboration, and a customer-first approach.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Skillful at multitasking and prioritizing various demands effectively.
  • Basic understanding of technical and mechanical concepts with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service, ideally within a technical or product-oriented industry.
