Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sports and Outdoor category with complete profit and loss accountability.
- Shape the strategic direction of our clients’ Amazon initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Manage and guide a team of Client Success Managers to cater to daily client requirements.
- Utilize existing relationships and inbound marketing strategies to attract new clients within the Sports and Outdoor sector.
- Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators—sales, marketing, inventory, etc.—for each client.
- Collaborate closely with clients' senior leadership teams to deliver expert insights on Amazon best practices.
- Address challenges and devise innovative solutions proactively.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Amazon, adeptly resolving client inquiries and issues.
- A minimum of 5 years in sales and/or marketing roles within a consumer products firm, including 3 years specifically focused on Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and its interaction with various retail channels.
- Proven leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment.
