- Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver's license for local travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable sales experience in transportation, 3PL logistics, or brokerage, with a proven record of revenue generation and business development success.
- Experience in delivering professional presentations to varied audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
