Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand current client accounts while uncovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop enduring relationships through effective communication, presentations, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Drive sales efforts to achieve ambitious growth objectives and increase revenue from accounts.
  • Present tailored solutions to Fortune 500 clients, aligning our offerings with their strategic goals.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape to effectively communicate our unique advantages.
  • Utilize CRM systems to enhance client retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, pre-sales, insights, and R&D, to accelerate growth.
  • Lead and support the RFP/RFI processes with a dedicated team.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in market research or consumer behavior.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within market research, or a strong desire to transition to a commercial role.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
  • Proven success in account management and effective customer communication.
  • Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for innovation, consumer insights, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 3 years of market research or consumer behavior experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience or a robust commitment to entering the commercial sector.
