Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and implementation, including needs assessment, goal setting, and objective fulfillment.
- Assist in the creation of project budgets, conduct cost analyses, and prepare price quotations.
- Develop project schedules and guarantee efficient workflows across print production, purchasing, manufacturing, and shipping, adhering to established practices.
- Maintain precise records, manage data in Excel spreadsheets, and update project activities in systems such as SmartSheet and FileMaker.
- Evaluate architectural floor plans, elevations, and material/finish schedules to ensure project accuracy and facilitate revisions as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely updates to field teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, provide project-related insights, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor file maintenance, address discrepancies, and ensure the timely distribution of required materials.
- Provide support to Account Managers during their absence and assist in managing packing lists when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with familiarity in project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in cross-team coordination.
- Detail-oriented mindset capable of interpreting complex documents such as floor plans and schedules.
- Natural organizational skills, with a passion for fostering relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management; experience in graphic production is a plus.
