- Manage a comprehensive creative calendar that syncs with all brand initiatives, including print, digital, social media, retail, and events.
- Research and oversee the implementation of tools and technologies that elevate creative operations, aligning with industry best practices.
- Organize and facilitate weekly creative team and cross-functional meetings, driving agendas and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Monitor and manage the creative team budget in collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer and finance partners, optimizing resources.
- Handle contracts and invoices for external collaborators, ensuring precision and promptness.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, actively engaging with key stakeholders across finance, sales, digital, marketing, operations, and product development.
- Lead the creative review process to ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand goals and adhere to best practices.

- 10 years of experience in brand design, marketing project management, or creative operations.
