Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up consistently with existing clients to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our services.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with business owners by understanding their unique requirements.
  • Gain expertise in our comprehensive suite of merchant solutions to recommend suitable products.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrating empathy and effectively addressing any objections.
  • Identify opportunities for closing sales internally and determine which require escalation.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while closing deals.
  • Meet and surpass productivity and performance objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce for logging and tracking customer interactions.
  • Communicate valuable insights about merchants to relevant internal departments.
