Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers requesting estimates and information regarding household moving services.
- Provide precise cost estimates after discussing move details (training provided).
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Assist potential customers in scheduling their moves to successfully close sales.
- Follow up with leads who do not immediately book their move.
- Outgoing and personable, with a natural ability to connect with others.
- Excellent phone communication skills, comfortable engaging with potential customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and managing schedules efficiently.

- Base pay: \(17 - \)20 per hour
- Monthly commissions ranging from \(500 - \)1,000
